Payment may be made at our office by cash, check or credit card. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit are all accepted in our office. We do expect payment on the date the service is provided.

Our office accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area. We will be happy to file your insurance for you, but we do expect the patient to pay their part of the balance on the date that the service is provided. We do not accept Medicaid. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.
